undefined Index after update from 2.0.15 to 2.1 (German)

I updated from 2.0.15 to 2.1.

Everything is running well except language (obviously there's no german language pack at the moment). No, not EVERYthing...

1.) Every let's say 20 seconds I get this error (error log):

Type of error: Undefined
8: Undefined index: http://forum.../index.php?action=admin;area=regcenter;sa=reservednames;f403f7f=6a6be5d3275a8b18b99f774510e76434
/.../forum/Sources/Subs.php (Line 3091)

2.) A user cannot sign in himself (Setting ist "Approval by Admin"). A message appears:
"An error has occurred
You are not allowed to access this section"

Any suggestion?

I have checked this and can not confirm the error messages.

The errors have something to do with smileys.

First the absolute path to Smiley folder was wrong. I corrected that but still got "undefined" errors as described in my initial post.

I deactivated Smileys, now no more errors. Will try again later.
