Hi! Tell me please, how to remove base64_encode from headers FROM in Subs-Post.php? SpamAssassin gives +1.5 points, not critical, but unpleasant.

Where exactly is this? Emails sent from the forum?
What mail setup are you using?

Last I checked the headers for mails from my forum, it was Content-Type: multipart/alternative; Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Yep, emails sent by the forum
i think SpamAssassin does not like this header: From: "=?UTF-8?B?0KTQvtGA0YPQvCDQl9C10LvQtdC90L7Qs9GA0LDQtCAtINCU0LXRgtGP0Lw=?=" <[email protected]>
forum sends mails with php sendmail function

The only way of avoiding that is to never have accented characters, emoji etc in the subject line.

I'd often see something similar at the email subjects too, specially the birthday ones.

Yup there is no way around that. Also keep in mind very few people use spam assassin mainly people who hosting their own email/site.
