Profile Page Error

Hi,

I am currently using SMF 2.0.11. Yesterday I have been installing some mods like treasury and PaypalDonations. Neither of them installed successfully. However, I notice that profile page does not load at all after I installed those mods. I am not sure if those mods changed something unexpectedly.

Anyway, now I have uninstalled those mods. But still I got the error when trying to load a profile page. This happens to any profile page of any member. When I try to load a profile page on my computer, it shows a blank page. When I try to load a profile page on the phone, it actually says the (xxx).com page isn't working

Any ideas on how to solve this? Thank you.

Glad you resolved this, but in the future; if you ever try to install a mod and see there will be errors in the installation, you should never go ahead and install it anyway. Doing so could cause serious issues like your forum not working anymore (as you saw)

If you do get an error again when trying to install a mod, your best bet would be to ask for help in that mod's support topic so someone can help walk you through what you would have to do (what manual edits you would have to make to templates or source files) to get it to install properly.

Also, you are 4 versions behind the current 2.0.15 and you should really consider patching up to the newest current version. You can patch up one by one (2.0.11 to 2.0.12, to 2.0.13, etc) in your package manager. Here is some more info on that- https://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Patching
