Help with index.php

After i moved my forum to other hosting service it cant open its login area & menu, but all the threads look fine when you click it.

www.*****.com --> all the image and menu are gone. But when you click any board, and then any thread everything looks fine.

Help me please?

You must run repair_settings.php. Do a quick search on that
