Why postgres.exe processes are running even if pgAdmin4 is closed on pc? Any idea how to close all processes and shall I do it?

Sounds like windows? Pg auto starts all the time.
To stop, run services.msc & stop the postgres process.
Lots of other ways for other OSs... google is your friend for that!

Windows 7 32bit. Yes finally google is showing results when I typed services.msc
I hope it will prevent postgre from starting with windows and not returning the next time I open pg.
