"Topic Subject Only" search option not working?

Hi, when doing a search of the boards here at SMF by hitting the search button at the top of the board, and going to:

http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=search

There is a check box to specify that your search string be in the subject line, but this check box doesn't seem to have any effect?

Searching by username also doesn't work.  This will be resolved ASAP.

At my forum it does not work too.

How I can solve this problem?
