Which host should I use for SMF 2.1?

Hello! My site is now hosted at www.one.com. Unfortunately it seems like I can't use the package manager in SMF 2.1 because www.one.com doesn't support phar. I'm considering to change host. Which one should I try? Any suggestions? I need at least 25 Gb storage.
