Re-including the "link" button on the create a thread screen

Hello chaps,

I'm hoping you can help. A while back we deleted the "link" BBC code button from the create a thread screen, and we would like to reinstate it.

Does anyone know how this can be done? I'm thinking we can probably take the code file from the original SMF files and replace them with ours.
