Poll with multiple choice

Hi,

Setting up SMF 2.0.17. Is there a Poll mod that allows multiple choice, rather than a single radio button selection by a member?

For example:

Question: Select TWO choices below that are important to you...

A - I need a lot of sleep
B - I need lots of beer
C - I need exercise
D - I like walking

If I understood correctly, that's what "Maximum votes per user" option do, right?
You should just write "2" in that field, and that'll do exactly what you wrote.
