Board topic icons

I tried to chancge board topic icons to my own pictures. I have had it similar earlier, but while updating 2.1 to newest from github, I needed to the trick again. I just changed the boardicons.png to new one and now even the original icon is not shown in the forum. Now I need help how to get this to work.

I tried to install a icon mod. for this one, but I'm getting an error Unknown column 'sha256_hash' in 'field list', file: /public_html/forum/Sources/Packages.php, row: 1219 This why I started to make this manually.
