how to hide link address when post??

Hi, I am looking to solve this simple ( but I dont know) question.
when posting a message, I would like to add a link but it will show the link text after post.
example https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=post;board=72.0

How can we set to other words? >> link to this thread embeded with the above link.
