Theme Will Not Change

As you may or may not know, I have just installed a fresh SMF forum and want to change the theme to the one I used to have - Concept3.

Only thing is that after installing that theme (admin, config, themes & layout, manage & install) and selecting it, it does not change to it but stays on the default blue theme.

Any ideas?

Yes, I think. I installed the Concept3 theme, selected it and reset everyone to Concept3

If you select it in Profile -> Look and Layout, do you see it?
