Repair tool bug...? no mysqli option

not so much an smf bug, but a bug to the repair tool

you can not set mysqli using the repair tool

SMF uses mysqli if its available, since 2.0.14.  It's not a setting.
Address the process rather than the outcome.  Then, the outcome becomes more likely.   - Fripp
