Converter for Nabble Requested
« on: June 08, 2020, 07:35:01 AM »
I am thinking of migrating a number of forums hosted at Nabble to SMF. These forums are all embedded in pages of host sites through two lines of code.

Any Nabble user can generate a backup file of their forum. The "Backup" page at their forum says:

Quote
The backup file is generated with the JdbcPgBackup hxxp:github.com/tig100/JdbcPgBackup [nonactive] tool, which is an open source project in Java. You should visit the project website if you want to restore your backup into a Postgresql database.

Nabble itself has recently gone open source: hxxp:bitbucket.org/frschmidt/nabble [nonactive]

Is there any chance one of the wizards here, could take up the challenge of producing a converter?

I am happy to email a sample backup file if that helps!
