Topic split - I'm fairly sure you are not having the _exact same_ issue if you are locked out. Could you please elaborate what exactly is your situation?

Locked out how?  There's an issue going around GoDaddy where emails to specfic addresses (i.e., activation emails) work, but emails to groups (admin) don't.  I've seen it on two forums in past week, affects registration and newsletter emails.
