so decided to "convert" an old directory script over to smf
managed to recreate the template I made for the directory umpteen years ago

This is just a fun project for me that I originally started as a fb page but I hate that there's no way to really organize things on fb so I created a site, at the time using a directory script that I was familiar with (my ocd loves it but it doesn't exactly shout community effort, and well it's outdated and not responsive and eol...so replaced it with smf)

The main aim of the site is to give ideas about upcycling (reusing or repurposing) items instead of just throwing them away and in a fairly easy manor for people to do so.

as stated the theme is custom made and as best responsive as I'm able to do....

as far as customization goes, there are a lot of mods installed to help with responsiveness, lazyload, tabbed info center, tabbed profile, and a bunch of other things for functionality and aesthetics :) fb page timeline displayed on forum...yadda yadda yadda....

As always any suggestions are welcomed and feel free to join in :)

Nice work  :)

Haven't seen a fb page timeline displayed on a forum before, is that a TinyPortal thing?

Interesting concept but going to be honest the design does not fit the concept so does not help, their are various website that do similar so why not see how they do it and try and emulate something similar.
