Sound files missing in 2.1 Languages packages

In the 2.0 language packages there was always a directory fonts with the sound files. In 2.1 language packages these are missing.

In the German language packages these were not included.

Do you pronounce the letters of the alphabet differently to the English pack? If you did, they'll need producing.

For a visually impaired user it might be difficult to understand the English accent. How do you create these files?

They're literally just wav files of someone with the correct accent saying each letter of the alphabet. Any application that can export wav files will do - Audacity might be a good choice.

I don't recall if there's a specific bit-rate requirement but check the existing files in the same tool and that'll tell you what's expected.
