Hi guys,
I'm working on a project to help a site update their SMF due to PHP5.x being EOL.  I tried taking a backup of the forum & putting it up on my own server so I can test the upgrade process & give my clients a staging demo before making the actual changes on their site.  I downloaded the upgrade files, extracted them & rsynced them to the webroot directory.  I also dumped their database & reestored it on my server (and created the db user with the password fromt he settings file).  However, I get an error from the upgrade.php trying to find the languages directory & it's showing the path for their cPanel config.  I have already updated the Settings.php file to use my server's directory structure.

Here are my specs:
Rocky Linux 8.4
Apache 2.4.37
PHP 7.4.19
MySQL 8.0.26

You have to do more than just edit Settings.PHP, as there are paths in the database.

See What is repair_settings.php? for further details on the tool for resetting the paths.

Thank you so much for that!  I figured I might have been missing something that was saved in a db entry.  I had to reload apache after running it, but it worked & I'm doing the upgrade as we speak.

EDIT:
Was trying to find a way to mark this as solved (even editing the topic title), but not seeing anything.  If there is such a process lmk, otherwise, many thanks for the support!

EDIT 2:
Found the 'Mark Topic Solved' Button. :D
