There is no such mod a.f.a.i.k. I do not think that there is an easy way to do this. You can run a regex replace sql query though to replace all links: '\<a href.*?\</a\>' with an empty string.

Mostly designed for preventing outbound links for the first few posts but there's no reason you couldn't crank it up higher.
