Profile Field HTML Error

Hello Dear Friends.

I'm getting a registration error in the profile field, 2.1.2 SMF

Text: HTML tags are not allowed. (only Turkish characters)
Large Text: no errors. (accepts Turkish characters)

How can I fix the problem in the ''Text'' field?
