When moving to another hosting, the forum began to be displayed as a Wap version.
I can't figure out why. I registered the paths with the help of "Settings Repair Tool".

Help me please. What could be the reason?

First thing to do: run repair_settings again, and double check that ALL urls and paths are correct.
Then, look in to your hosting configuration and file permissions - For example your logo file seems to give a HTTP 403 error.

Paths are infected - all paths are specified as recommended by the Settings Repair Tool.

What folders do you need to look at? Not quite clear.

Hosting Manager wrote the following:
We recommend using a redirect to https, but this did not help, if necessary, you need to edit the database.

If you check the link to your logo, it gives a "Forbidden" error. If all your paths are correct, then something in your server setup is wrong. This is not an SMF error, but simply your server responding that you are not allowed to see this.

File Request Version Check

This feature makes it possible to use the current version of the forum files with the version that is meaningful to the engine developer.

For some reason exclamation marks...

You need to figure out why your server isn't allowing access to files. Until you have that sorted, don't expect things to work. If things are not working after you have fixed the server issue, then lets get back to that.

In order for the forum to work, it needs to be able to present files like css and images to the user.
Currently both your css and images give a 403 Forbidden. This is not something we can fix or diagnose in SMF, as this is something happening elsewhere.

You were right, Aleksi "Lex" Kilpinen, thanks a lot for your help! The forum has been fixed.

Here is the response from the hosting manager:
Checked: the file at this link had incorrect access rights. Corrected them, the file is available now. Check, please.
Set the same permissions for other site files.
By default, on hosting, these are rights 755 for folders and 644 for files. You can change them in the file manager of your service.
