Admin/Moderator persona switch

Apologies if this already exists, but I can't find anything like it!

I want some sort of mod that allows me to flag my posts as moderation posts (which will give them some visual indicator to forum members).

An issue I run into is that people on my forum can't always tell if I'm posting as a personal opinion or if I'm speaking as a moderator. I'd like to make it very clear to forum members what position Im speaking from, particularly in more difficult debates where people might feel that if an admin is debating with them then they might be out of line or in trouble.

Ideally, id like to support this by removing the "Administrator" tag next to my name, so when Im not moderating I appear more like a regular member.

I'm open to alternative ideas or approaches to accomplish this general goal!

I don't believe that there is such a mod.

You can remove the admin title/badge by switching your PRIMARY membergroup to something else (or nothing) and setting your SECONDARY group to admin

Use the post as alternative member mod. Create an extra user: Moderator and whenever you post as moderator change the user to the moderator user...

This seems like a reasonable option, but it doesn't look like there's any such mod for smf 2.0 

If I can find a way to make a custom BBC that's admin only I could potentially use that to flag mod posts, but I don't seen any mods to easily do that either 

EDIT: It seems like this is possible with the Custom BBCode Mod ! It allows per group codes

Hmm I still have this mod on a 2.0 forum: Alternate User Posting   1.0.1

Has been working for years.
It seems they have dropped 2.0 support for that mod, but I can share it if that helps...

I also have that mod, works in 2.0.19, a bit difficult to use.  Author hasn't been around since 2012.

Simplest thing to do is just register a second account and use it to moderate.
