Charter Membership

My Charter Membership renewed in May. The notation has vanished from my profile and I am unable to access the Charter Membership area of the forum.

I have sent several notices using the contact us and haven't gotten a response.

This is now the 4th month that I have paid for a Charter Membership and I am not getting it.

What does it take to get this resolved??

Hi, sorry PayPal has been giving us issues with notifying us of renewed subscriptions.  I've temporarily re-upped your subscription until we can verify it.
