Receiving a ton of errors in the error log

This started last night.... I delete all the errors and immediately, I get an error this saying that it is from the admin.

Is there a setting that I missed?

What does "8: Undefined index: mime_type" mean ?

That's coming from a mod.  Do you have any of the attachments mods installed?

Thanks for the response.... My Web Host resolved the the problem by running some kind of "Repair tool"
