Has anyone tested litespeed for speed?

There seem to be some people who think litespeed only helps wordpress sites and then others who seem to say it helps all php driven sites. I would appreciate some feedback if anyone has experience.

All of my production and test installs are running on a LiteSpeed server for years.  No problems.  As with anything else, if it's not configured correctly it will get pear shaped.
