Trying to change the logo image back to site title

Hi, is there a standard way to remove the logo image and set it back to site title.

I am currently using the repulse theme and i have set everything i know how to do in the config to use the site title but i cannot get rid of the "Repulse" text in the header.  I have looked in the console and it shows shows its just text so the theme config settings in the admin panel should change it, but it is not changing.  I have even cleared the cache.

I even looked to see if there was a logo in the theme files but the only one is svg and i tried renaming it to see if the "Repulse" text would go away and its still there.

So how do i remove that "repulse" text without editing the core files?  I have now wasted over an hour trying to change just one thing...  Sorry its just agrivating, did i miss something i should have read?

Ok thanks, i will.  I just did not want to have to sign up for another place for support and i thought it was a standard core setting somewhere.
