For some reason, Me and my other admin are not getting the new member email.  I not sure why and not sure what to fix.

Is your forum sending any emails?
When in Emor, do as the Snamors.

Yes it sends them but that's all I see it doing.

If forum is sending other emails (and they're being received), check your notification settings in Profile > Notifications > Members.
When in Emor, do as the Snamors.
