It's possible, but it will require custom coding. You can either modify the code manually at the Recent.php file inside the Sources directory. The relevant function name for that is: function RecentPosts(). Or you can develop a mod for it.

Have a look at the below mod. It's the closest to what you want to do. You can install it and modify it to suit your needs.
