But I have a problem with sending in the program, it does not send and an error appears in the control panel due to sending
I know that sending works on the server and it has been tested on other programs and there is no problem with it

What mail settings are you using in SMF?
Have you actually tested your mail config works on SMF at all?

General recommendation - Use SMTP if you can, instead of the default PHP mail.

Well, the error messages you shared don't really tell much to me - I can't even understand what the first one says, but if SMTP doesn't work it should log an error explaining what goes wrong.

Just randomly testing things rarely works, try to find out what is wrong. Look at your logs, test the functionality, make sure your SMTP settings are correct.
