Footer problem

I have a question about how to change the footer on the right side. I want to put 3 links there. I located the template index php file and even the code relating to it, but I can't do anything.

2nd question. Can I give my website name and who made it in the footer on the left? Can I do it in one UI with SMF rights above the bottom or top or not at all?

what do you mean you "can't do anything"?

and yes - you can add your own copyright, as long as the SMF copyright remains unaltered....
