Invalid Email Error

This error is popping up on some members but not all members when they try to modify anything under their Profile Details page. Adding or removing a birthday or any other details information.

Here is the error they get:

You cannot view this attachment.

But on the Account Settings page there is a valid email address listed. And if it is removed and retyped. It saves without an error. The error only seems to popup after making changes on the Profile Details page.

Of course but if a mod was causing it, wouldn't it be impacting everyone and not just some members?

One of the admins gets the error. That is who alerted me about it. It works for me and several other people. I went in and tried to modify a few profiles and found the ones I did worked except for one. So I know 2 accounts it doesn't work on while at least half a dozen that it does. I haven't checked everyone.

Can I PM them to you? I don't want to post member's email addresses on the forum.

As an experiment I uninstalled the most recent Mod, Google Member Map, and tried to make a change on my own profile on the Profile Details screen and got the same error.

I'm still having this issue. And the users all have valid email addresses. Unfortunately the forum isn't recording any other log errors in the admin panel about it. And it is only when modifying an data on the Profile Details screen. Account settings can be changed all day long and not generate error message.

I have uninstalled all mods except for the SMF Gallery Lite mod. And the error persists.

What was the issue? It would be helpful to the Support Specialists to know what the problem was and what the solution was so that they can better help anyone else who runs into the issue in the future.
