Members Location

How do I get the members location to show up on members profiles in messages in SMF 2.1.4? I notice on this site that some do show, so there must be a way.

it is a default profile field.

I see. I've just added my location on here and it now shows. That field is already populated on my sites profiles, but they don't show in the profile message box. This is since upgrading to 2.1.4. Is there a setting somewhere that I've missed?
