the mod package has no license so you/anyone else cannot redistribute it.

Arantor has stated here several times (and I believe I asked him once) he has no objection to anyone posting his mods, he just doesn't want to be bothered supporting them, that's why they're not on the mod site.

Would appreciate if a moderator deletes one of my posts to kindly PM an explanation.

If you are going to delete someone's post (even if misguidedly for the notionally correct, but in this case factually incorrect, reason) they shouldn't have to a) notice and b) ask for an explanation, it's basic courtesy.

Sir Osis is entirely correct. With the exception of Levertine Gallery and SimpleDesk, everything I ever posted here is CC0 (and incidentally covered by both of the CLAs I signed for SMF). This has been the case for *years*.

SD is BSD licensed, LG is free as in beer, no support, and changing that situation involves more work than I can ever be bothered to contribute again. But it's incidents like this that reaffirm my decision to not engage via the mod site was the correct one.

Thank you all for your comments.  I found the mod.  It's the only one I use and I love it.  Thank you Arantor and thank you Illori for directing me to its location. I already knew it wasn't in the mods section.

Two things you can try:

Admin > Forum Maintenance > Empty SMF's cache - run the task

Admin > Attachments and Avatars > Attachment Settings > Attachments directory - make sure the path is correct.  It must be a server path, not url.
