What file is responsible for the tree link within the forums index page and throughout the forum?

To expand on my question, for clarity. Certain files are responsible for the generation of the linktree. This usually including the URL and the name of the link. I am struggling to locate the file which handles this, could someone please point me in the right direction.

Thank you.

Items are added into $context['linktree'] so you can find elements you need depending on the area/file.
We don't have much information on what you want to do, but that's the gist of it.

Thank you, @Sir Osis of Liver and @Diego Andrés.

Sir Osis led to me the right area and I have managed to what I wanted. 👏🏻

Ah, is the load.php responsible for all of the treelink?

I'm just asking as I have edited a part of it, which is fine but the board URLs within the treelink are not correct. I can't remember if I made any changes elsewhere.

It's the board part I would like to track down and inspect. I thought it might have been in the subs.php 🙂

no. Load.php assembles the breadcrumns links...   but the links themselves are generated in the other files specific to the feature being viewed and then inserted into the array for readout/display

@Kindred what file is responsible for creating the board (forum category) treelink?

Kindred

you mean the one INSIDE the boards (with the messages listed and sub-boards?)

That would be messageindex -- not sure if it's the subs file or the template file
