Attachments not found after upgrade to 2.1.4

Hi

I upgraded from 2.0.19 to  2.1.4. I copied the /attachments folder.
Unfortunately, it now says "file not found" when I try to open an attached image.

the files didn't have .dat extension after the upgrade so I ran the fix from this post : https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=582736.0
But still no luck

I found my error in the path settings. Fixed.
