Visible board becomes invisible

This happened once before on my 2.1.4 prod forum, now it's happened again.  Allowed group can no longer see visible board.  Settings in board and membergroup are correct, resaving them fixes it.  Different board and group from last time.  Bug?

Board disappears only for allowed group, admin sees everything normally.  Only change was I had recently installed/uninstalled Nibogo's shoutbox, but not first time. 

On second thought, I think I moved that board yesterday or day before.  Same problem as in linked topic.  Will try the github fix.
