Smileys and 2.1.6

Updated from 2.1.4 to 2.1.5 and 2.1.6

In Quick Reply mode the other Smileys under "More" don't open at all.

If Reply is used,  the box opens up at the extreme left corner, and it is impossible to scroll down to the "Close" button.

Does it happen with the default theme? Couldn't replicate this on my own forum.

I checked and it doesn't happen with the Default Theme. Therefore I have also left a copy of the above post on the Chakra Theme thread.

Then it's likely not a bug.
