"Send mail queue now" doesn't work - Bug in Version 2.1.6?

"Send Mail Queue Now" doesn't work.
If I click the button, the security prompt appears, I confirm it, but nothing happens. The emails aren't sent.
There's no error message in the log; the mail test works.
