need to reinstate copyright...

I've just changed webservers and had to reinstall my smf. i exported sql from previous server and installed into the new one.

I'm currently using a yabbse theme. on the old server, everything was fine. in the smf on the new server, i have a notice that says that i'm using an illegal copy, because i've removed a copyright statement. where do i go to reinstate the copyright statement?

*p.s. i've noticed many topics concerning removing the copyright statement. this is not my intention. i just want the forum to function as per normal.

The copyright should appear properly if your index.template.php file is correct.
