Regarding database backups

I assume this is in the right place... anywho, here's the deal.

I just moved my website to a different domain and a new server.  Before I did, I downloaded the forum database onto my harddrive so that I could transfer it to the new forum afterward.  Problem is, I'm not sure where in the admin panel I should go in order to upload the old database.

Help?  I can't re-open the site without it.  I'd hate for my members to have to restart from scratch again.
