Time based instead of post based member groups

I have a lot of users who just post icons and one liners to up the post count and raise thier member level. Be kewl to have an option or a mod for time based member groups.

I'm hoping to write a mod to base member groups of number of words... that way its a lot harder for people to cheat... coz if they're doing lots of words for the purpose of getting their quicker, its either ok, or they're spamming and can have their post trimmed/removed.
