[RC2] 'Connection: close' on random attachments

I'm not sure what's going on, it just decides that some files will give this error.  In one instance, the user uploaded a file, and it gave this error.  So I grabbed the file out of the attachments/ folder, and uploaded it myself.  Still got the error.  I renamed the file, same error.  I zipped it up and got the same error.

I've looked into the Sources/ folder which does contain code which sends 'Connection: close' so I'm going to have to assume this is an SMF error as it had not happened once on our RC1 forums.

Ah, I just had an idea that I went to go test but.. now even more are giving it (after switching off and on the 'Search engine friendly URLs' option to see if having it off would solve the issue) (we use apache2 and having it on works just fine as it did in RC1).
