Urgent! When shifting from phpBB2 to SMF, the attachments missed

How to shift my former attachments in phpBB2 to my SMF???
My community now is http://www.longervision.com/smf/index.php , but all attachments are missing.

After I used "phpbb2_to_smf.php" to shift from phpBB2 to SMF, the log and all the attachments are not successfully installed to SMF.

Can anybody help?
