Works fine be sure you select the version for 1.1.x before you parse.

Hmmm I 've tried installing it over default theme SMF 2.0 RC3 and no code is displayed. It installs OK and configures OK, but it doesn't show the ads.

I 've installed it from the package manager, should I install from another url ?

hum have you activate it through ads management control panel, and make sure that you uncheck the "disable ads for admin" function  ;)

Also Check permissions that ads are enabled. You should have an ad settings area too.

I am trying to install an advertisement mod 1.1.11. After following the instructions from this link: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=parse, I get the following message when I try to start the install by clicking on Install.php

Fatal error: Function name must be a string in /misc/10/000/246/127/0/user/web/dailyanarchist.com/forum/install.php on line 28

I don't know what this means. Any help?

I think so. Disable ads for admin was off anyway. I 've enabled the "Display ads on every page on the top of the page".  What do you mean "activate" it ?

Anything from a simple html tag to the google ads code.

<script type="text/javascript"><!--
google_ad_ etc ... >

Does it require something in special format ?

I should note here that this is an upgrade from RC 2 to RC 3 using the web installer script. After the update i tried the Ad management mod.

Perhaps there are known incompatibilities with RC 3 ?

I tried a clean installation and still the ad management doesn't show. Is index.template.php the one which is changed ?
For some reason I don't think that ads.template.php is called.  Could it be some unix permission issues in the files  ?

Thanks.

HI there,

I used setup my site and am using the "Arılı Tema" theme. Well, the thing is that i am not able to see my ads when i use that theme. Is there anyway I can continue using the same theme because I don't want to sacrifice such a great mod for the theme. Can you guys please help me by giving me a fix on this?

Continue the great work. The mod is awesome. ;D
