You will have to go through the template files and take out all the duplicate code. I assume you tried to or had it installed before you installed it this time. All the edits can be found at www.smfads.com in the Theme support board; they are stickied to the top.

yeah well, I'm not very good with those things. So I have to edit all the files of the skin? Cant I just install the default skin again so everything will be reseted? I dont want to install the forum again, cause I dont want to loose all my posts.... So is there anyway to solve this without loosing my topic/posts/boards?

No all you have to edit is 4 template files; thats it.

index.template.php
BoardIndex.template.php
MessageIndex.php
Display.template.php

You should be able to see the duplicate code just by opening it and scanning through it.

Hi Jeremy,
could you please try to make a permission setting for each ad
into your admod,
so one could control,
which membergroup will see the ads inbetween the postings for instance ?

I wish to have different ads for different membergroups.

Guest should see the most ads and members should see
less ads and it would be good,
if one could say, which membergroup could only see this and that
ad.

Would this be very hard to implement ?

What command do I add to the ad codes in order to disable ads from appearing in the Login and Administration (also Moderation) pages?

robots.txt might do it for those pages maybe.

BigGuy: Was that for me? I'm asking for permission settings for the ads, I just don't want the ads to appear while members are logging in and while me and my moderators are moderating the forum (because you won't click on the ads anyway while you're moderating).

The robots.txt thing is good only for search engine spiders, afaik, so I don't think that's the thing I need.

I was wrong there; sorry. I don't think there is a setting to disable ads for moderators. There is one for admins.

Hello, I keep on getting these error messages:

I'm not even using your mod. But I had installed it in the past. Do you know what I can do?

You could try to install it and then uninstall it to see if that takes out the error.

okay, i need help here
i installed this mod sucessfully,

but when i ad a new add, and select

Display ads on every page right below the menu 
Display ads on board index 
Display ads on message index 
  Display ads on every page on the top of the page 
Display ads in the welcome user area 
Display ads on the bottom of the page 
Display ads on every page as a tower on the left side 
Display ads on every page as a tower on the right side 
Display ads under child boards


if i select any of the above, if wont show my add to that position(( it dosent show my add at atll)))

but if select these 2 option
Display ads on the post page 
Display ads after the last post

it workz fine,

Do you have a custom theme. If so some of your template files need to be edited manually in order for the ads to show.

ad mod installed without problem , but i didn't found it in  the Administration panel under the heading "Configuration". ===> Help me please !!
