Moving Calendar Colors from settings to template...

Can't there just be another file, calendar.css, that is only linked in the calendar template?  Then, everything is in the css, and having a hige css file is not an issue.

Adding css entries would require modifying the index template or main style.css file.  Which I plain am not going to force down everyone's necks.
