I was wondering if it would be possible to get some graphics made that have links, arcade, and chat on them? To go with the gold nav bar that has home help search etc?

In order to upgrade my current Juno theme to the latest to work with 1.1.1 do I just have to package it to the same directory???
In other words.......overwrite it with the newer one

Yes.

Just download the 1.1final package(which will work fine on 1.1.1) and overwrite.
