phpbb2 converter.php file... it's not with the download!

when i went to download the converter, it only had the phpbb2_to_smf.php file. instructions require running the converter.php file though, and that was not included. where can i find that?

and by the way, i'm running v 2.0.20, so if anyone knows if the available conversion files are incompatible, please let me know!

nobody? as many people as have used the converter successfully, surely someone has the whole converter package. can someone email it to me as a zip file?

and for anyone who may search for this issue in the future, the answer is..... for version 1.0.7, all you need is that one file, you don't need the others.
