Allmost forgot.. The Forum it does not resume only to Tupac Shakur !

It hasn't a feeling with rap what so ever. It looks like a (nice) star trek theme.
I would change the header and the colours. Also the right aligned forum text is anoying.
(just some notes to make it a better forum, not to diss you, because I like the subject!)

The backgroudcolour for your header should be #2a1101 (if you are using my header) and the backgroundimage should align right
so in your css file:
.topheader
{
background: url("pathtoheaderonyourserver") no-repeat right top #2a1101;
}
(or top right, I always forget)

well why do you call it tupac forum if its for multiply singers?and i would change the colors a bit and add some typical urban things to the forums also maybe a bigger header...

Allways start with less boards until you can get some members, and than when the post rate is growing add more boards... it's like annoying for the eyes to see so manny boards(empty also).

How about turning all those "Rappers" boards into one single board called "Rappers". If / When there are enough topics on one rapper to warrant an individual board (child board) for that rapper, create it.

Especially considering the focus is on Tupac, making a single generic "Rappers" board will put more emphasis on him.
