Well, folks, I am finally trying my hand at a totally unique theme instead of just modifying an existing one.  You can see a demo of it here:

one of the key features i am shooting for is to have as few modified base files as possible to keep editing down to a minumum...that way when the default theme is edited there are fewer files to modify for this one.

Well, I guess I'll just have to make a theme myself... I was hoping that more people would find it interesting and maybe update it for 2.0...
